M3 Health and Performance 4th of July Throwdown 2022.
3 person same sex team competition RX, Scaled, and Master Divisions
5 scored events. 4 workouts plus 1 floater workout

”Animal House”
Athlete 1: 4 Minutes to find a 3 Rep Thruster
Athlete 2: 4 Minutes to find a 2 Rep Thruster
Athlete 3: 4 Minutes to find a 1 Rep Thruster
* On a 12 minute clock, Athletes will have a 4 minute window each to find their thruster max. Partners can help transition weights on the bar. Bar will be cleaned from the floor to rack position. The max thruster weight completed for all 3 athletes will be accumulated for the total score.

40 Hand Stand Push-ups RX (30 Hand Release Push-ups Scaled/ Masters)
30 GHD Sit-ups RX (40 Med Ball Butterfly Sit-ups 20/14# Scaled/ Masters)
20 D Ball Over the Shoulder 100/75 RX (75/50 Scaled/ Masters)
Two Athletes Working on Movements,
One Athlete Completing Max Calorie Row
Interchange Athletes On movements and rower as you want.
Score will be total reps completed + total calories on rower

3 Minute Running Clock
Athlete 1: 1 Minute Max Rep Burpees to Rings
Athlete 2: 1 Minute Max Rep Toes to Rings
Athlete 3: 1 Minute Max Rep Ring Muscle Ups RX
1 Minute Max Rep Burpee Toes to Rings Sclaed/ Masters
Score will be total reps completed in 3 minutes. Only 1 athlete per movement.

You expressly agree to release and discharge M3 Health & Performance LLC and Colton Terry from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against your Trainer for personal injury or property damage. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit release for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of M3 Health & Performance and Colton Terry. If any portion of this release from liability shall be deemed by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this release from liability shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision or provisions severed here from. By signing this release, I acknowledge that I understand its content and that this release cannot be modified orally.
